Polimeno Upholstery
About the Photo - Tucked inside a cavernous workshop on South Terrace, Polimeno Nominees is one of the last traditional upholstery businesses in Fremantle. Run by twins Fernando and Sam Polimeno, the business was founded by their late father Giuseppe in 1968 and has been part of the Fremantle fabric ever since.
From boat cushions and antique chairs to hospital beds and restaurant booths, the brothers tackle it all—using time-honoured methods and a lifetime of experience. Their 1960s red Volkswagen, the second vehicle they ever owned, still sits proudly in the workshop today.
Step inside their world of fabric, family, and Fremantle legacy—watch the video: youtu.be/BzYA3RJIOnM.
About the Print - Photos printed on 310gsm Archival Cotton Rag Fine Art Paper. All photos have a small white border included.
Framing - We don’t frame in-house however, we have great relationships with the leading framers. We will be happy to help connect you with a suitable local framer and facilitate the process for you.
